Return & Refund Policy 

At Brisca, we craft fresh dressings and sauces with care and high-quality ingredients. If anything is wrong with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Cairo only, with delivery in 1–2 business days.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged, leaking, or broken

  • Your order had missing items

To request help, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product(s) and packaging

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact us within 24 hours so we can investigate with the courier.

Change of Mind / Taste Preferences

We can’t offer refunds for change of mind or personal taste preferences once the order has been delivered.
