Zucchini Fest
Sautéed onions and zucchini simmered in fresh tomato sauce, finished with a bright, generous drizzle of Brisca Zest Fest.

onion, diced
2 small
zucchinis, sliced
2-3 tbsp
fresh tomato sauce
⅛ tsp
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt

Cook Onions & Zucchini: Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the diced onion and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the sliced zucchini and cook for 4-5 minutes until lightly golden. Season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Add Tomato Sauce: Add the fresh tomato sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes until the zucchini softens and the sauce thickens slightly.

Sauce Moment: Transfer to a plate and drizzle very generously with Brisca Zest Fest — the star of this Fest dish.
