Veggies Tango
Crunchy, colorful vegetables served with a bright, sweet–tangy Mango Tango dipping sauce.

Ingredients

red bell pepper, cut into sticks
1
yellow bell pepper, cut into sticks
1 large
cucumber, cut into sticks
½ cup
halloumi cubes / yellow cheese cubes (optional)
4–5 tbsp
Brisca Mango Tango
⅛ tsp
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
Instructions

Prep: Cut the red and yellow peppers and cucumber into long, even dipping sticks.

Arrange: Place all the vegetables and cheese cubes (if using) on a serving plate, leaving space in the center.

Sauce Moment: Place a small bowl in the center and pour Brisca Mango Tango directly into it as the dipping sauce.

Season: Lightly sprinkle the vegetables (and halloumi, if using) with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Serve: Present the vegetables with the Mango Tango dip in the center and enjoy immediately.
Notes
You can add celery or lettuce heart strips if you want to expand the plate.
