Veggies Noodles Flow
Stir-fried vegetables tossed with warm noodles and finished with a bright drizzle of Brisca Cilantro Flow.

Ingredients
150g
noodles (egg noodles, rice noodles, or spaghetti)
1 tbsp
olive oil
1 small
onion, thinly sliced
2-3
mixed bell peppers, sliced
1 small
carrot, julienned
1 small
zucchini, sliced
⅛ tsp
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
3-4 tbsp
Brisca Cilantro Flow
1 tbsp
chopped cilantro (optional garnish)
Instructions

Cook Noodles: Boil the noodles according to package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.

Cook Veggies: Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the sliced onion and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the bell peppers, carrot, and zucchini. Cook for 4-5 minutes until slightly softened but still bright. Season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Combine: Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss lightly with the veggies.

Sauce Moment: Transfer to serving bowls and drizzle generously with Brisca Cilantro Flow — toss lightly or leave as a topping and finish with chopped cilantro if using.
Notes
You can add thinly sliced beef: sear quickly in a pan with a touch of Brisca Herb 'n' Salt, then mix into the noodles. Add mushrooms, snap peas, or corn for extra veggies. Add chili flakes or fresh chili for heat.
