Veggies Escape
Fresh, crunchy vegetables served with a sweet–tangy Brisca Grape Escape dipping sauce.
Yields: 4 servings
Ingredients
1 large
cucumber, cut into sticks
1–2
carrots, cut into sticks (optional)
2 stalks
celery, cut into sticks (optional)
1 cup
lettuce strips (cut from crisp hearts, not loose leaves)
4–5 tbsp
Brisca Grape Escape
⅛ tsp
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
Instructions

Prep: Cut cucumbers, carrots, celery, and lettuce into long, even dipping sticks.

Arrange: Place all the vegetable sticks neatly on a serving plate, leaving space in the center for a dipping bowl.

Sauce Moment: Place a small bowl in the center of the plate and pour Brisca Grape Escape generously into the bowl as the dipping sauce.

Season: Lightly sprinkle the vegetables with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Serve: Present the veggie plate with the Grape Escape dip in the center and enjoy immediately.
Notes
You can add bell pepper strips if you want a bigger platter.
Lettuce strips should be firm, crisp, and cut from heart lettuce so they hold up during dipping.
