Tzatziki Fest
Creamy strained Greek yogurt tzatziki infused with garlic and blended with the bright citrusy lift of Brisca Zest Fest

Ingredients
1 cup
Greek yogurt
1 tbsp
Greek olive oil

garlic cloves, finely minced
1/2 cup
Brisca Zest Fest
1/4 cup
finely diced cucumber (or finely diced pickles for a tangier variation)
2-3 tbsp
fresh dill, finely chopped
to taste
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
Instructions

Prep: Mix the Greek yogurt, olive oil and minced garlic in a bowl. Let it rest in the fridge for 2-3 hours to gently infuse.

Strain: Using a fine sieve, strain the yogurt to thicken it and remove the garlic pieces.

Sauce Moment: Pour Brisca Zest Fest into the strained yogurt and whisk continuously until it blends fully.

Blend: Add the diced cucumber (or pickles), dill, and Brisca Herb 'n' Salt. Mix until well combined. Ready to be served over grilled chicken, gyros, roasted vegetables, or warm bread.
