Tuna Salad Fest
Fresh tuna salad with peppers, onions, and corn, topped with parsley or dill and a bright citrusy drizzle of Brisca Zest Fest

tuna, drained
2 tbsp
red onion, minced or thinly sliced
1/2 cup
mixed bell peppers, minced or thinly sliced
1/2 cup
corn
2 tbsp
fresh parsley or fresh dill, finely chopped
1/8 tsp
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
4-5 tbsp

Prep: Place the drained tuna in a mixing bowl and break it up lightly with a fork.

Add: Mix in the red onion, bell peppers, and corn.
