Tomeya Flow
Creamy, mellow, roasted-garlic tomeya lifted with herby balsamic Cilantro Flow.

Roast: Cut the top off the garlic bulb, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes until soft and golden.
Squeeze: Allow to cool slightly, then squeeze out the soft roasted garlic cloves into a mixing bowl.
Blend: Add yogurt and vinegar, then whisk while slowly adding a splash of water until the base loosens and turns creamy.
Sauce Moment: Continue whisking while adding Brisca Cilantro Flow generously — the mixture may thicken, so add a splash of cold water as needed to keep it silky.
Season: Add Brisca Herb 'n' Salt and whisk one final time.
Serve: Transfer to a bowl and finish with an extra drizzle of Brisca Cilantro Flow on top.
