Tomato Olives Pasta Fest
Fresh tomato pasta mixed with minced olives and finished with a big, generous drizzle of Brisca Zest Fest.

Ingredients
200g
pasta (penne or spaghetti)
1 tbsp
olive oil
1 small
onion, finely diced
2
garlic cloves, minced
2 large
tomatoes, finely diced
⅛ tsp
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
¼ cup
minced black olives
¼ cup
minced green olives
6-7 tbsp

Instructions

Cook Pasta: Boil the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make Fresh Tomato Sauce: Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the diced onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add the minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Add the diced tomatoes and Brisca Herb 'n' Salt. Cook for 6-7 minutes until the tomatoes break down into a light, fresh sauce.

Add Olives: Stir in the minced black and green olives and mix for 30 seconds.

Combine: Add the cooked pasta to the tomato–olive sauce and toss until fully coated.

Sauce Moment: Serve and drizzle VERY generously with Brisca Zest Fest — the star of this Fest pasta.
