Tahini Flow
Creamy, herby, balsamic-rich tahini with a smooth, silky finish.

Ingredients
½ cup
tahini
¼ cup
cold water (add more as needed)
4–5 tbsp
Brisca Cilantro Flow
¼ tsp
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
Instructions

Prep: Place tahini in a mixing bowl.

Blend: Start whisking while slowly adding cold water until the tahini loosens and becomes creamy.

Adjust: Continue adding water, a spoon at a time, until you reach your ideal consistency (smooth and pourable but still thick).

Sauce Moment: Continue whisking while adding Brisca Cilantro Flow — the mixture may thicken, so add a splash of cold water as needed to keep it smooth and creamy.

Season: Add Brisca Herb 'n' Salt and whisk one final time.

Serve: Transfer to a bowl and finish with an extra drizzle of Brisca Cilantro Flow on top.
