Spinach Olives Fest

Sautéed onions with wilted spinach and olives, topped with Parmesan and a bright drizzle of Brisca Zest Fest.

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, sliced
2 cups fresh spinach
¼ cup sliced or minced black olives
¼ cup sliced or minced green olives
⅛ tsp Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated or in slices
5 tbsp Brisca Zest Fest

Instructions

Cook Onions: Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the sliced onion and cook for 2 minutes until softened. Season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Add Spinach: Add the spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted.

Add Olives: Stir in the black and green olives and mix briefly.

Sauce Moment: Transfer to a plate, top with the Parmesan (grated or slices), and drizzle generously with Brisca Zest Fest — ready to enjoy as a fresh Fest dish.
