Spinach Apples Flow
Baby spinach with crisp red apple slices, toasted hazelnuts, and Parmesan finished with a creamy Cilantro Flow dressing.

Toast Hazelnuts: Spread hazelnuts on a tray and roast at 180°C for about 8–10 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden. Allow to cool slightly.
Roast Onion: Toss sliced red onion with olive oil and Brisca Herb 'n' Salt. Spread on a tray and roast for about 20 minutes until softened and lightly caramelized.
Make Dressing: Blend the roasted onion with plenty of Brisca Cilantro Flow until smooth and creamy.
Prepare Salad: In a large bowl combine baby spinach and thin apple slices. Scatter toasted hazelnuts over the top.
Sauce Moment: Drizzle the creamy onion Cilantro Flow dressing over the salad and toss gently.
Finish: Top with Parmesan shavings just before serving.
