Shrimp Pasta Fest
Creamy spaghetti with juicy shrimp and warm citrus notes from Brisca Zest Fest.

Ingredients

spaghetti
1 tbsp
olive oil
400g
shrimp, peeled and deveined
⅛ tsp
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt

small onion, diced
½ cup
cooking cream
2 tbsp
cream cheese
4-5 tbsp
Brisca Zest Fest
2 tbsp
fresh dill, chopped
Instructions

Cook Spaghetti: Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a pan, add the shrimp, season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt, and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and fully cooked. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.

Make the Cream Sauce: In the same pan, add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add the cooking cream and cream cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.

Sauce Moment: Add the cooked spaghetti into the creamy sauce, return the shrimp to the pan, drizzle generously with Brisca Zest Fest, toss gently, and top with fresh dill.
