Shrimp Fajitas Flow
Juicy shrimp cooked with bell peppers and onions, wrapped in warm tortillas and finished with a creamy Cilantro Flow yogurt drizzle.

Ingredients

shrimp, peeled and deveined
⅛ tsp
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt

avocado oil
2-3
mixed bell peppers, thinly sliced

small onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp
Greek yogurt
6-7 tbsp
Brisca Cilantro Flow

Instructions

Prep Shrimp: Toss the shrimp with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Cook Veggies: Heat the avocado oil in a pan, add the bell peppers and onions, and cook 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add Shrimp: Add the shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through.

Sauce Moment: Mix Greek yogurt with Brisca Cilantro Flow until creamy. Fill the tortillas with shrimp and veggies, drizzle generously with the creamy Flow sauce, and top with chopped cilantro.
Notes
The Greek yogurt + Cilantro Flow mix works beautifully as a lighter, fresher replacement for sour cream. Serve with a side of guacamole if you want to make the wrap richer and more filling.
