Shrimp Cocktail Tango

Juicy roasted shrimp skewers served with a bright, sweet–tangy Mango Tango dipping sauce.

Ingredients

16 large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
4-5 wooden or metal skewers
4–5 tbsp Brisca Mango Tango

Instructions

Prep: Pat the shrimp dry, then thread 3–4 shrimp onto each skewer.

Season: Drizzle shrimp lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Roast: Arrange skewers on a baking tray and roast at 200°C for 10–12 minutes, flipping once halfway, until pink and juicy.

Sauce Moment: Pour Brisca Mango Tango directly into a small serving bowl as the dipping sauce.

Serve: Arrange the roasted shrimp skewers on a platter with the Mango Tango dip in the center.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime over the shrimp after roasting (optional). If serving chilled like a classic cocktail, let the shrimp cool completely before plating.
