Shish Tawouk Veggies Escape

Simple oven-baked or grilled chicken skewers with bell peppers, lightly glazed with Brisca Grape Escape and served with extra Grape Escape on the side.

Ingredients

500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
2-3 mixed bell peppers, cut into cubes
1 onion, cut into chunks (optional)
3 tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
4-5 tbsp Brisca Grape Escape
Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

Prep Chicken: Toss the chicken cubes with olive oil and Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Skewer: Thread the chicken onto skewers, alternating with bell peppers (and onions if using).

Cook: Grill or bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, glazing the chicken with Brisca Grape Escape during the last 10 minutes.
