Shish Tawouk Veggies Escape
Simple oven-baked or grilled chicken skewers with bell peppers, lightly glazed with Brisca Grape Escape and served with extra Grape Escape on the side.

Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions

Prep Chicken: Toss the chicken cubes with olive oil and Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Skewer: Thread the chicken onto skewers, alternating with bell peppers (and onions if using).

Cook: Grill or bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, glazing the chicken with Brisca Grape Escape during the last 10 minutes.

Sauce Moment: Place the cooked skewers on a platter and serve with extra Brisca Grape Escape on the side — ready to be enjoyed as a bright, fresh Escape dish.
