Seabass Dill Fest

Oven-baked seabass topped with fresh dill and finished with a bright drizzle of Brisca Zest Fest.

Ingredients

2 seabass fillets
⅛ tsp Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
4-5 tbsp Brisca Zest Fest

Prep Seabass: Place the seabass fillets on a baking tray, brush lightly with olive oil, and season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Add Dill: Sprinkle the chopped fresh dill evenly over the fillets.

Bake: Bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until the seabass flakes easily and edges turn lightly golden.

Notes

Works beautifully with roasted potatoes, rice, or steamed veggies. Add extra fresh dill on top for a stronger herb flavor.
