Oven-baked salmon served with roasted green beans and finished with a bright, citrusy drizzle of Brisca Zest Fest.

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets
⅛ tsp Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
1 tbsp olive oil
250g green beans, trimmed
4-5 tbsp Brisca Zest Fest

Instructions

Prep Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray. Brush lightly with olive oil (from the same tablespoon) and season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Prep Green Beans: Add the green beans to the same tray. Toss with the remaining olive oil and a touch of Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Bake: Bake everything together at 200°C for 15-18 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and the green beans roast with light caramelized edges.

Sauce Moment: Serve the salmon and roasted green beans with a generous drizzle of Brisca Zest Fest.

Notes

Add a sprinkle of lemon zest if you want an extra citrus kick. Works beautifully with quinoa, rice, or roasted potatoes.
