Salata Baladi Fest

A bright village-style salad with crisp vegetables and a tangy Zest Fest dressing.

Ingredients

2 large tomatoes, diced small
1 large cucumber, diced small
½ large red onion, diced small
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
to taste Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
1 tbsp white vinegar
plenty Brisca Zest Fest

Instructions

Prepare Vegetables: In a bowl combine diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and chopped parsley. Season lightly with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt and toss gently.

Sauce Moment: Mix white vinegar with plenty of Brisca Zest Fest, then drizzle over the salad and toss just before serving.
