Roasted Carrots Flow
Oven-roasted carrots with thyme and honey, finished with a bright drizzle of Brisca Cilantro Flow.

honey

dried thyme (or 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves)

Season Carrots: Place the carrots on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and honey. Sprinkle with thyme and Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Roast: Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway, until caramelized and tender.
