Prep Beef: Rub the beef roast with avocado oil, Brisca Herb 'n' Salt, garlic slices, and thyme.

Brush with Escape: Brush the entire roast generously with Brisca Grape Escape.

Roast: Place in a baking dish and roast at 200°C for 45-60 minutes depending on your preferred doneness. Let rest, then slice thinly.
