Oven-roasted beef brushed and finished generously with Brisca Grape Escape for a bold, tangy Escape finish.

Ingredients

1kg beef roast (topside, rump, or sirloin tip)
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/8 tsp Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 tsp fresh thyme
10-12 tbsp Brisca Grape Escape, divided

Instructions

Prep Beef: Rub the beef roast with avocado oil, Brisca Herb 'n' Salt, garlic slices, and thyme.

Brush with Escape: Brush the entire roast generously with Brisca Grape Escape.

Roast: Place in a baking dish and roast at 200°C for 45-60 minutes depending on your preferred doneness. Let rest, then slice thinly.
