Ribeye Escape
Ribeye steak marinated in Brisca Grape Escape, grilled and finished with a warm reduced Escape glaze, served with fresh greens.

Season & Marinate: Season the ribeye with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt and black pepper. Add 1/4 cup Brisca Grape Escape over the steak and marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.
Cook Steak: Grill or pan-sear the ribeye on high heat until your preferred doneness. Let rest, then slice.
Reduce Escape: Add the remaining 1/2 cup Brisca Grape Escape to a small pan and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes until reduced by half and glossy.
Sauce Moment: Place the sliced ribeye on a plate, spoon the warm reduced Escape glaze generously over the steak, and add the greens on the side — ready to be served as a rich, bold Escape dish.
