Quinoa Veggies Escape
Light quinoa salad with fresh vegetables, served with Brisca Grape Escape on the side.

quinoa
2 cups
water (for cooking quinoa)

mixed bell peppers, diced

cucumbers, diced
2 cups
lettuce, chopped
1/8 tsp
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt

Cook Quinoa: Rinse the quinoa well, then cook with water for 12-15 minutes until fluffy.

Prep Veggies: Add the diced bell peppers, cucumbers, and lettuce to a bowl.

Combine: Add the cooked quinoa to the vegetables and season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.
