Quinoa Taboula Fest
Fresh herbs and crisp vegetables folded into quinoa with a vibrant citrus lift.

Ingredients

quinoa
2 cups
water
2 cups
fresh parsley, finely chopped

tomato, diced small

cucumber, diced small
¼ large
red onion, finely diced
3 tbsp
olive oil
to taste

Instructions

Cook Quinoa: Rinse quinoa thoroughly. Combine with water in a saucepan, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer 12–15 minutes until water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and allow to cool completely.

Prepare Vegetables: Finely chop parsley and dice tomato, cucumber, and red onion into small uniform pieces.

Combine: In a large bowl, mix cooled quinoa with parsley, tomato, cucumber, and red onion. Drizzle with olive oil and season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt to taste. Toss gently.

Sauce Moment: Drizzle plenty of Brisca Zest Fest over the salad and mix until evenly coated. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
