Pumpkin Purée Flow
Smooth roasted pumpkin purée with thyme, finished with a bright drizzle of Brisca Cilantro Flow.

pumpkin, peeled and cubed
1 tsp
olive oil
½ tsp
dried thyme (or 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves)
1-2 tbsp
water (for blending)

Roast Pumpkin: Place the pumpkin cubes on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme. Roast at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until soft and lightly caramelized.

Blend: Add the roasted pumpkin to a blender with 1-2 tablespoons water and blend until smooth.

Sauce Moment: Transfer to a bowl and drizzle generously with Brisca Cilantro Flow — ready to enjoy as a warm, bright Flow dish.
