Okra Tango
Oven-roasted okra with thyme, finished with a sweet–bright drizzle of Brisca Mango Tango.

okra, trimmed

olive oil
½ tsp
dried thyme
⅛ tsp
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt

Prep Okra: Place the okra on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with dried thyme and Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Roast: Bake at 200°C for 15-18 minutes, tossing once, until lightly golden and cooked through.
