Meat Shawerma Flow

Grilled meat sliced into shawerma-style strips, mixed with onions, parsley, tomatoes, and diced pickled cucumbers, wrapped in Lebanese bread and finished with a tahini-Cilantro Flow sauce.

Ingredients

400-500g beef strips or steak
1 tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup diced pickled cucumber
3/4 cup tahini
6-7 tbsp Brisca Cilantro Flow
2 tbsp cold water
3-4 Lebanese bread wraps

Instructions

Grill Meat: Brush the meat with olive oil and Brisca Herb 'n' Salt. Grill until cooked, then slice into thin shawerma-style strips.

Prep Veggies: Add the sliced onions, parsley, tomatoes, and diced pickled cucumber to a bowl.

Combine: Add the sliced meat to the vegetable mixture and toss lightly.

Sauce Moment: Whisk the tahini with Brisca Cilantro Flow, add the 2 tablespoons cold water to thin to a creamy, pourable consistency, drizzle generously over the meat mixture, wrap in Lebanese bread, and roll tightly — ready to be served as a rich, bright Flow shawerma.
