Ingredients

1 pasteurized egg yolk
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar
1 cup neutral oil (sunflower or canola)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/8 tsp Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
4-5 tbsp Brisca Truffle Ruffle Glaze

Instructions

Prep: Place the pasteurized egg yolk, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice/vinegar in a mixing bowl (if using store-bought mayo, skip this step).

Blend: Homemade mayo - Whisk the mixture, then slowly drizzle in the oil while whisking continuously until thick and creamy. Store-bought mayo - Place 1/2 cup mayonnaise in a bowl and whisk until smooth.

Adjust: Add Brisca Herb 'n' Salt and whisk to balance the flavor.
