Mashed Potatoes Ruffle

potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

butter
2-3 tbsp
cooking cream
⅛ tsp
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt

Boil Potatoes: Place the potato chunks in a pot of water. Bring to a boil and cook for 20-25 minutes until very soft. Drain well.

Mash: Mash the hot potatoes with the butter and cooking cream. Add Brisca Herb 'n' Salt and continue mashing until smooth and creamy.
