Mashed Carrots Ruffle
Silky mashed carrots finished with a rich drizzle of Brisca Truffle Ruffle — with an optional creamy twist.

Ingredients
2 cups
carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
1 tsp
olive oil
1-2 tbsp
water (for blending)
5 tbsp
Brisca Truffle Ruffle
1 tbsp
cooking cream (optional, for a creamier mash)

Cook Carrots: Place the carrot chunks in a pot, cover with water, and cook for 20-25 minutes until fully soft. Drain well.

Blend: Add the cooked carrots to a blender with 1-2 tablespoons water and blend until smooth. Add the olive oil and blend again until silky. If you want a creamier mash, add the tablespoon of cooking cream and blend again until smooth.
