Lentils Flow
Warm lentils tossed with feta and fresh greens, finished with a bright drizzle of Brisca Cilantro Flow

Ingredients
1/2 cup
dried lentils
1 1/2 cups
water (for cooking lentils)
1 cup
arugula or 1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup
feta cheese, crumbled
1/8 tsp
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
4-5 tbsp
Brisca Cilantro Flow
Instructions

Cook Lentils: Rinse the lentils. Add lentils and water to a small pot, bring to a boil, then simmer 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain excess water and let cool slightly.

Prep Greens: Place the arugula or lettuce in a serving bowl.

Assemble: Add the warm lentils over the greens and sprinkle with feta. Season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.
