Kofta Carrots Flow
Grilled kofta made with parsley, onion, and mustard, served alongside honey-thyme roasted carrots and finished with Brisca Cilantro Flow.

Ingredients
500g
minced beef or lamb

small onion, cut into chunks
1/2 cup
fresh parsley
1 tsp
mustard
1/8 tsp
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt

large carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
1 tbsp
olive oil
1 tbsp
honey
1 tsp
fresh thyme
4-5 tbsp

Make Kofta: Blend the onion and parsley until fine. Mix with the minced meat, mustard, and Brisca Herb 'n' Salt. Shape into kofta pieces.

Grill Kofta: Grill or bake the kofta at 200°C for 15-18 minutes until cooked through.

Roast Carrots: Toss the carrot sticks with olive oil, honey, and thyme. Roast at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until lightly caramelized.

Sauce Moment: Place the kofta and roasted carrots on a plate and drizzle generously with Brisca Cilantro Flow — ready to be served as a warm, fragrant Flow dish.
