Kabab Tango Wrap

Grilled beef cubes with bell peppers and onions wrapped in Lebanese bread and finished with a bright drizzle of Brisca Mango Tango.

Ingredients

500g beef pieces (small cubes for kabab)
1/8 tsp Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
1 tbsp olive oil
2-3 mixed bell peppers, cut into chunks
1 large onion, cut into chunks
3-4 Lebanese bread wraps
4-5 tbsp Brisca Mango Tango

Instructions

Season Meat: Toss the beef cubes with olive oil and Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Prep Veggies: Add the bell pepper chunks and onion chunks to the tray with the beef.

Grill: Grill the beef cubes, bell peppers, and onions together on high heat for 12-15 minutes until cooked and lightly charred.

Assemble Wraps: Place the grilled beef, peppers, and onions inside Lebanese bread and roll.

Sauce Moment: Drizzle generously with Brisca Mango Tango, wrap tightly, and serve — ready to be enjoyed as a warm, juicy Tango wrap.
