Hummus Flow
A smooth, rich hummus with balsamic depth and fresh herby notes.
Yields: 4-5 servings
Ingredients
1 can
chickpeas (400g), drained OR 1 cup dried chickpeas, boiled until very soft
2 tbsp
tahini
1 small
garlic clove
1 tbsp
lemon juice (optional)
¼ cup
chickpea water (aquafaba) or cold water
1–2 tbsp
olive oil
3–4 tbsp
Brisca Cilantro Flow
½ tsp
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
Optional
olive oil, sumac, cilantro, pine nuts
Instructions

Boil: If using dried chickpeas, soak overnight, drain, and boil until very soft. Reserve some cooking liquid.

Blend: Add chickpeas, tahini, garlic, and lemon (optional) to a blender. Start blending while slowly adding aquafaba or cold water until smooth and creamy.

Drizzle: With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil.

Sauce Moment: Continue blending while adding Brisca Cilantro Flow until fully integrated.

Season: Add Brisca Herb 'n' Salt and blend one final time.

Serve: Scoop into a bowl, top with olive oil, optional toppings, and finish with an extra drizzle of Brisca Cilantro Flow.
