Grilled Veggies Tango

Charred bell peppers, onions, and zucchini finished with a bright, sweet–tangy drizzle of Brisca Mango Tango.

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
2 colored bell peppers, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
2 zucchinis, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
to taste Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
plenty Brisca Mango Tango

Instructions

Prep Veggies: Toss the bell pepper, onion, zucchini and carrots with the olive oil and Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Grill: Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill. Grill the vegetables for 8-10 minutes, turning until softened and lightly charred.
