Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
1 zucchini, sliced
1 small eggplant, sliced
4-5 green onions, whole
⅛ tsp Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
5 tbsp Brisca Cilantro Flow

Prep Veggies: Toss the zucchini, eggplant, and green onions with the olive oil and Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Grill: Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill. Grill the vegetables for 8-10 minutes, turning until softened and nicely charred.
