Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
2-3 mixed bell peppers, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced (optional)
1 onion, sliced
3 tbsp olive oil, divided
1/8 tsp Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
4-5 tbsp Brisca Mango Tango
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions

Prep Chicken: Brush the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon olive oil and season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Prep Veggies: Toss the bell peppers, zucchini, and onion with the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil.

Grill: Grill the chicken and vegetables until cooked through and lightly charred. Place everything on a serving platter.
