Greens Salad Fest
Crisp greens finished with bold citrus lift and salty depth.

Ingredients
1 head
romaine or butter lettuce, chopped

cucumber, sliced into thin circles
½ cup
Parmesan, shaved
to taste
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
plenty
Brisca Zest Fest
2 tbsp
pine nuts, toasted (optional)
Instructions

Slice: Slice the cucumber into thin circles and shave the Parmesan. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Toss: Combine lettuce, cucumber, and Parmesan in a large bowl. Sprinkle with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt to taste.

Sauce Moment: Drizzle plenty of Brisca Zest Fest generously over the salad and finish with toasted pine nuts if using.
