Greek Salad Fest
Classic Mediterranean freshness finished with bold Zest Fest.
Yields: 3–4 servings
Ingredients

tomatoes, cut into wedges
4 large
cucumber, cut into large chunks
1 cup
green bell peppers, cut into squares
½ large
red onion, thinly sliced
¾ cup
feta cheese, cubed
¼ cup
Kalamata olives
3 tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
dried oregano
to taste

Instructions

Prepare Vegetables: Cut tomatoes into wedges. Cut cucumber into large chunks. Cut colored bell peppers into squares and slice red onion thinly.

Combine: In a large bowl, add tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, red onion, feta, and olives. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle oregano, and season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt to taste. Toss gently.

Sauce Moment: Drizzle plenty of Brisca Zest Fest generously over the salad just before serving.
