Ginger Carrot Salad Fest
Crisp ribbons of carrot with fresh herbs and warm ginger notes, finished with bold Zest Fest.

Ingredients
3 large
carrots, peeled and shaved into thin ribbons

green onions, thinly sliced
½ cup
fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp
fresh ginger, finely grated
1 tbsp
sesame oil
1 tbsp
olive oil
1 tbsp
sesame seeds
to taste

Instructions

Prepare Carrots: Use a peeler to shave carrots into thin ribbons for a delicate texture.

Combine: In a bowl, add carrot ribbons, green onions, cilantro, and grated ginger.

Season: Drizzle sesame oil and olive oil, sprinkle sesame seeds, and season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt to taste. Toss gently to combine.
