Foul Wrap Fest
Warm foul wrapped in baladi or shami bread with diced vegetables, finished with a generous drizzle of Brisca Zest Fest.
Yields: 1-2 wraps
Ingredients
1 cup
ready-cooked foul
1 small
tomato, diced
2-3 tbsp
diced bell peppers
1-2 tbsp
diced red onions
1
baladi or shami bread
3-5 tbsp
Brisca Zest Fest
Instructions
1
Warm Foul: Place the ready-cooked foul in a small pot and warm for 3-5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
2
Assemble Wrap: Open the baladi or shami bread. Add the warm foul in the center. Top with the diced tomato, diced bell peppers, and diced red onions.
3
Sauce Moment: Drizzle generously with Brisca Zest Fest — fold the bread into a wrap and serve immediately as a bright, fresh Fest sandwich.
Notes
Add parsley on top if you want extra freshness. You can mash the foul lightly before wrapping for a creamier texture. Works beautifully for breakfast or a quick lunch.
