Crispy Beef Tango
Crispy beef strips tossed with sautéed veggies and served over rice, finished with a bold drizzle of Brisca Mango Tango.

avocado oil

mixed bell peppers, thinly sliced

small onion, thinly sliced

Prep Beef: Season the beef strips with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt, then coat lightly in cornstarch.

Crisp Beef: Heat the avocado oil in a pan and fry the beef strips on high heat for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.

Cook Veggies: In the same pan, sauté the sliced bell peppers and onion for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add the crispy beef back in and toss.

Sauce Moment: Serve the crispy beef and veggies over rice, drizzle generously with Brisca Mango Tango — ready to be enjoyed as a crunchy, vibrant Tango dish.
