Corn on the Cob Fest
Sweet corn finished with Parmesan, fresh herbs, and a vibrant citrus drizzle.

Ingredients
4 ears
corn on the cob
to taste
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
½ cup
Parmesan cheese, finely grated
2 tbsp
fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Boil Corn: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add corn on the cob and cook until tender, about 8–10 minutes. Remove and drain.

Season: Sprinkle the hot corn with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Sauce Moment: Drizzle plenty of Brisca Zest Fest over the corn, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley just before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, place the boiled corn on a grill and cook briefly until lightly charred before adding the toppings.
