Chimichurri Flow
Fresh herbs, a gentle chili kick, and that Cilantro Flow zing.
Yields: 4 servings
Ingredients
2 tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
chili flakes
2–3 tbsp
parsley + cilantro, finely chopped
1 tsp
red onion, finely diced
1 tbsp
yellow bell pepper, finely diced
2 tbsp
Brisca Cilantro Flow
to taste
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
Instructions

Warm: Gently warm the olive oil in a small pan.

Bloom: Add the chili flakes and bloom for 20–30 seconds, then remove from heat and cool briefly.

Mix: In a bowl, combine the chopped herbs, diced red onion, and diced yellow bell pepper. Season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt to taste.

Sauce Moment: Add Brisca Cilantro Flow and mix until coated and vibrant.

Finish: Pour in the cooled chili oil and stir well. Rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best after resting 5–10 minutes.
