Chili Butter Tango
Spicy butter meets Mango Tango for the ultimate sweet-heat swirl

Ingredients

butter (for blooming)
1 tbsp
chili flakes
4 tbsp
butter, softened (room temperature)
2 tbsp
Brisca Mango Tango
to taste
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
Instructions

Melt: Melt 2 tbsp butter gently in a small pan.

Bloom: Add the chili flakes and bloom for 20–30 seconds, then remove from heat and cool until warm (not hot).

Blend: In a bowl, blend the softened butter until smooth.

Sauce Moment: Add Brisca Mango Tango and blend until fully combined.

Finish: Slowly pour in the warm chili butter while blending until silky, then season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt to taste.
Notes
Let the chili butter cool until warm before blending so it doesn’t melt the butter. Perfect on corn, shrimp, grilled chicken, or as a dip with toast.
