Chicken Shawerma Flow
Juicy oven shawarma topped with creamy cilantro tahini.

Ingredients

olive oil
3 cloves
garlic, minced
½ tsp
Brisca Herb 'n' Salt
6 tbsp
Brisca Cilantro Flow, divided
2 large
chicken thighs
¼ cup
tahini
2-3 tbsp
water
¼ cup
pickled cucumbers, sliced
2 tbsp
parsley, chopped

Marinate: Mix olive oil, garlic, Brisca Herb 'n' Salt, and 2 tbsp Brisca Cilantro Flow. Coat chicken well.

Bake: Roast at 200°C for 25-30 mins until golden.

Make drizzle: Thin tahini with water; stir in 3-4 tbsp Brisca Cilantro Flow.

Sauce moment: Slice chicken, serve with pickles and parsley, and drizzle the tahini-Cilantro Flow mix generously.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes before baking. Adjust the tahini drizzle consistency with more or less water to your preference.
