Chicken Risotto Escape
Creamy risotto with tender chicken pieces, Parmesan, thyme, and a bright finish of Brisca Grape Escape.

Cook Chicken: Heat the olive oil in a pot. Add the chicken cubes and season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt. Cook for 4-5 minutes until lightly golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
Sauté Onion: In the same pot, add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add Rice: Add the risotto rice and stir for 30 seconds to coat and lightly toast the grains.
Cook Risotto: Add 1 cup of water (or broth) and thyme. Stir until most of the liquid is absorbed. Add the remaining cup gradually, stirring occasionally until creamy and fully cooked.
Combine & Finish: Return the cooked chicken to the pot and stir in the Parmesan.
Sauce Moment: Serve in bowls and drizzle generously with Brisca Grape Escape for a bright, tangy finish.
