Chicken Parsley Fest
Golden chicken finished with vibrant parsley butter and bright Zest Fest.

Make Parsley Butter: In a bowl combine softened butter, half of the chopped parsley, olive oil, Brisca Herb 'n' Salt, and plenty of Brisca Zest Fest. Mix until smooth and set aside.
Brown Chicken: Heat olive oil in a wide oven-safe pan. Add sliced onions and cook briefly until slightly softened. Add chicken pieces and brown on both sides until lightly golden. Season with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.
Sauce Moment: Spoon some of the parsley butter mixture into the pan along with a little extra Brisca Zest Fest and cook briefly so the butter melts and coats the chicken.
Finish in Oven: Transfer the pan to a 200°C oven and cook until the chicken is fully done and the sauce slightly thickens.
Finish: Spoon a little more of the parsley butter over the chicken and sprinkle with the remaining chopped parsley just before serving.
