Chicken Olives Flow
Herb-scented chicken with sweet cherry tomatoes and olives, finished with Cilantro Flow.

Sauté Base: Heat olive oil in a wide oven-safe pan over medium heat. Add half of the sliced onion along with thyme, oregano, basil, and Brisca Herb 'n' Salt. Cook until softened and fragrant.
Brown Chicken: Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly golden on both sides.
Build Layers: Add cherry tomatoes, olives, remaining onion strips, and the remaining dried herbs. Season lightly with Brisca Herb 'n' Salt if needed.
Add Flow: Spoon plenty of Brisca Cilantro Flow over the chicken and vegetables and stir gently to coat. Cook 2–3 minutes to warm through.
Finish in Oven: Transfer pan to a 200°C oven and bake 15–20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and sauce is slightly reduced.
Sauce Moment: Spoon extra Cilantro Flow over the chicken just before serving.
