Chicken Garlic Dill Fest
Oven-baked chicken with garlic and dill, topped with a reduced creamy dill sauce blended with Brisca Zest Fest.

Prep Chicken: Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and Brisca Herb 'n' Salt.

Add Garlic & Dill: Scatter the garlic slices and dill over the chicken.

Bake: Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.

Sauce Moment: Heat the cooking cream in a small pan and reduce for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and mix in Brisca Zest Fest and dill. Pour the creamy dill Fest sauce over the baked chicken — ready to be served as a smooth, fragrant Fest dish.
